I have obtained explicit, lawful, and valid authorization to conduct penetration testing on the specified target systems, networks, applications, or assets from their rightful owner or an entity with legal authority.
Defined Scope
I confirm that the scope of authorization (including but not limited to domains, IP addresses, applications, accounts, testing time windows, and methods) is clearly defined, and that PAIStrike will be used strictly within this authorized scope.
No Unauthorized Testing
I understand that conducting scans, attacks, exploitation, or any form of security testing against targets without proper authorization may violate applicable laws and regulations and may result in serious legal consequences.
User Responsibility
I acknowledge that I bear full responsibility for my use of PAIStrike. PAIStrike and its operators shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized or unlawful use.
2. Privacy & Data Usage
Data Minimization
PAIStrike collects, processes, and stores only the data necessary for security testing purposes, including but not limited to vulnerability validation results, attack paths, and supporting evidence.
Data Ownership
All testing results, logs, and evidence generated during testing belong to the user or the target asset owner by default. PAIStrike does not claim ownership of such data.
Isolation & Security
PAIStrike implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to logically isolate user data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Retention & Deletion
Users may manage data retention periods in accordance with product features and contractual terms and may request deletion where applicable.
Regulatory Compliance
PAIStrike processes data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations (such as GDPR, where applicable, depending on deployment location).
3. Usage Restrictions & Disclaimer
PAIStrike is intended solely for lawful security testing, assessment, and research purposes.
Any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized use of PAIStrike is strictly prohibited.
PAIStrike does not guarantee the discovery of all vulnerabilities and shall not be liable for business interruption, system impact, or other indirect damages resulting from testing activities.

By clicking "I Agree" or continuing to use PAIStrike, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Authorization & Privacy Notice, and that I have obtained proper authorization to test the specified targets.
