Exporting PDF
Once a report has been generated, you can download it as a professionally formatted PDF document ready for delivery to clients or stakeholders.
Downloading a Report
- Navigate to your project's Reports tab.
- Find the report you want to export.
- Click Download PDF.
- The PDF will download to your local machine.
The PDF is formatted with:
- PAIStrike branding (or your organization's logo)
- Clean, professional layout suitable for client delivery
- Syntax-highlighted code snippets and evidence
- Properly formatted tables for vulnerability summaries
- Page numbers and a table of contents
Multi-Language Support
PAIStrike reports can be generated in multiple languages to support international clients and teams.

Generating a Report in a Specific Language
When generating a report (see Generating a Report), select your desired language in the Language dropdown before clicking Generate.
- The report narrative (executive summary, methodology, finding descriptions, remediation guidance) is generated in the selected language.
- Technical fields such as URLs, IP addresses, and raw evidence remain in their original format.
Custom Branding
You can add your organization's logo to generated reports:
- Upload your logo in Organization → Settings → Organization Logo.
- Your logo will automatically appear on the cover page and header of all future reports.
Report File Details
Downloaded PDFs:
- Are named
[ProjectName]-[YYYYMMDD].pdfby default - Are not password-protected by default
- Contain embedded fonts for reliable rendering across devices
Troubleshooting
Report shows "Failed" status
If report generation fails, it is usually due to a data issue. Try:
- Clicking Regenerate to retry.
- Checking that the project has at least one completed job with findings.
- Contacting support if the issue persists.
PDF layout appears broken
Ensure you are using a modern PDF viewer. Adobe Acrobat Reader and built-in browser viewers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) are fully supported.
