Getting Started

Create an Organization

Organizations are the top-level workspace in PAIStrike. All projects, assets, jobs, and reports belong to an organization. When you sign up for the first time, you will be guided to create or join an organization before accessing the dashboard.

Organization Types

Personal Organization

A personal organization is automatically created for every new user. It is private, contains only you, and is ideal for:

  • Solo testing and experimentation
  • Evaluating PAIStrike before inviting your team
  • Running personal projects

The personal organization cannot be renamed to another user's name and does not have team features like role-based access control.

Team Organization

A team organization allows you to collaborate with colleagues. It supports:

  • Multiple members with different roles
  • Shared access to projects and reports

Creating a New Organization

  1. After signing in, click Create Organization from the onboarding screen or from the organization switcher in the top navigation.
  2. Enter an organization name. This is the display name visible to all members.
  3. Click Create.

You will automatically become the Owner of the new organization.

Naming Guidelines

  • Use a recognizable name (e.g., your company name or team name)
  • Organization names must be between 3 and 64 characters
  • Allowed characters: letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, and underscores

Joining an Existing Organization

If a colleague has already created an organization for your team:

  1. Ask your organization admin to send you an invite link.
  2. Click the link in your email or browser.
  3. If you are not yet signed in, you will be prompted to log in or create an account first.
  4. Review the organization details and click Accept Invitation.

You will be added to the organization with the role assigned by the inviter. See Managing Members for details on roles.

Switching Between Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:

  1. Click your organization name in the top-left navigation bar.
  2. A dropdown will show all organizations you are a member of.
  3. Click any organization to switch context.

All dashboard content (projects, jobs, reports) updates to reflect the selected organization.

Next Steps

Once your organization is set up, follow the Quick Start guide to create your first project and run a test.
